Damages

Damaged Shipments:
If the box is damaged, do not accept delivery from the carrier. It is best to take a picture of the damage and notify us as soon as possible, we can change the order immediately. If you find shipping damage when you open the package, please keep all packaging materials and boxes as evidence and then notify us immediately so that we can begin the claim process.
Missing Items or Wrong Item Received: Keep the box, packing material, all shipped parts and contact us right away.
