Damages

Damaged Shipments:
If the box is damaged, do not accept delivery from the carrier. Please take a picture of the damage and notify us as soon as possible, we will immediately replace the order with you. If you find shipping damage before unpacking, be sure to keep all packaging materials and boxes as evidence so that we can file a claim for you.
Missing Items or Wrong Item Received: Keep the box, packing material, all shipped parts and contact us right away.
