Damages & Warranty

Missing Items or Wrong Item Received: Keep the box, packing material, all shipped parts and contact us right away.
Warranties: We’re manufacturer, can handle claims directly to speed up the process of exchange or sending replacement parts. Electronic parts must go back to us for bench testing. Please message us first and be sure to get the name of whoever you speak with if you need to contact us.
