Damages & Warranty
Damaged Shipments: Do not accept delivery from the carrier if the box has been damaged. If you can snap a picture of the damage and notify us ASAP we can replace the order right away. If you find shipping damage while opening your package be sure to keep all packing material and the shipping box so we can open a claim for you. Notify us right away so we start the process.
Warranties: All products are warranted against seller’s defects. We’re manufacturer, can handle claims directly to speed up the process of exchange or sending replacement parts. Electronic parts must go back to us for bench testing. Because issues are often solved over the phone with tech support, message us first and be sure to get the name of whoever you speak with if you need to contact us.
