The Pagani Zonda 760 LH is a special order of seven-time Formula 1 world champion Lewis Hamilton (hence the LH NDLA). Car fan, he bought this extra toy in 2014 for 1.4 million euros. The AMG engine develops 760 horsepower and Hamilton had made it to his liking. He sold the car at the end of 2021 for 10 million euros. It was this buyer who got a big fright. A priori, it would have lost the rear in the Penmaenbach tunnel and spun, damaging both the front and the rear.
We can see it on the photos of “ethang.supercarphotographer” (Ethan Gale), the damage is important with bodywork (carbon), but also broken running gear. The bill may be steep, but given the rating of the Zonda, especially with such a pedigree, it will not leave a wreck in a scrapyard.

This is not the first time that this Zonda 760 LH has had an accident! In 2015, shortly after collecting the keys to his car, Hamilton crashed into stationary vehicles in the middle of Monaco. The champion had attributed this to severe fatigue after days without sleeping too much, celebrating his third F1 world title.
In the world of supercars, accidents are unfortunately not uncommon. At least that means the car drives and is not an inanimate object in a personal collection or museum. Lewis Hamilton decided in 2021 to sell several of his cars, but also a private jet, wanting to move towards a life more in harmony with nature.
