Q4: About the warranty
Generally, we offer 1 years warranty for our led work lights, led light bars, led car strip lights etc. During this period, if customers have the proof showing quality issues and that proof is approved by our engineers, we would like to replace the defective ones with new items. Q6: How to deal with the faulty?
Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
 
Q7: What is your payment terms?
100% T/T in advance for sample orders or small quantities;
30 % deposit for mass production, the rest 50% clear before shipping for bulk orders;
